Supply Terms and Conditions

Cut off targets for same day dispatch

Courier – orders received prior to 2pm

Other (pallets and items over 25kg or 185cm) – orders received prior to 1pm

Delivery Terms

Excluding rural or remote areas, Manners Building Products offer next day delivery to most of the North Island, and two-day delivery to most of the South Island. Over-night delivery can be arranged if available. This service will be entirely at the expense of the customer.

Delivery Promise

Manners Building Products always endeavour to meet our Delivery Terms when possible. High order volume, technical failure, carrier issues or other circumstances beyond our control can mean that we are unable to meet these targets. If your order is urgent, please contact our Customer Service Team to discuss options.

FIS Terms and Exclusions

Orders to a value equal to or over $350 exclusive of GST will be shipped free of charge in to store.

The following product exclusions apply:

·        Large format drywall compounds (13.2L & 15L or 18L pails, 8.2kg, 18kg, & 20 kg bags).

·        Any products measuring 200cm or more in length when packed

·        Kraft Gold Placers

All freight charges for non-FIS items will be on charged. Customers are encouraged to engage their own carrier to collect bulk freight, as often this is most cost effective.

Mixed FIS non-FIS Product Orders

Where both FIS and non-FIS items are ordered on the same purchase order, entirely at Manners Building Products’ discretion, these items may be shipped separately, or shipped together, with any freight due charged on a pro-rata basis. Manners Building Products are committed to finding the most cost-effective option, ensuring you, the customer, pays the least amount of freight.

Freight Charges (less than FIS, per order)

Small Parts (E11 satchel) - $6.50

Auckland - $10.50

North Island - $17.50

South Island - $25.00

Damaged or Missing freight

Please ensure all pieces of the consignment are receive before signing.

Please inspect your deliveries for any signs of damage upon arrival - If damaged goods have been signed for, Manners Building Products is unable to make a claim.

Any complaints of damaged or missing items must be made to Manners Building Products within five (5) working days of delivery to the applicant.

Any complaints of short delivery, loss in transit or defects must be made to the Company within ten (10) working days of delivery to the applicant.

Returns

Manners Building Products reserves the right, in its discretion to repair or replace the goods in respect of which any complaints are made and proven, or to refund or credit the portion of the purchase price applicable thereto, thereby fully discharging all legal liabilities by Manners Building Products. Manners Building Products will use its best endeavours to enforce any guarantee or warranty given by the manufacturer of the goods supplied and sold by the Company.
